After 12 years as part of the IBM family I have moved on to a new stage in my career to launch FusedAir, a new IBM Business Partner focused on Enterprise Collaboration and Mobile Solutions.   Collaboration solutions and mobile technologies have long been my passion and I'm very excited to be in a position to focus my energies into helping my customers realize the value of their current and future investments in this space.

Working in IBM was a phenomenal learning experience and I will forever cherish the friendships that I made and be thankful for the opportunities that I was provided to grow.

We are only 1 week into building this business but there is already a great sense of excitement around our vision and our approach to the market.  The IBM Collaboration Solutions market is interesting in that it has elements both "mature" (i.e. Notes/Domino, Portal) and emerging. (Social and Unified Communications)  In either case it is essential that we in the ICS community work together as opposed to against each other in order to both defend and grow our market.  Trusted partnerships and a common vision are essential to our success in this market.  This is a key tenet of the FusedAir philosophy.

But talk is cheap...it's time for action!
